FrameCue AI is an independent platform. Third-party model names may appear only to identify available integrations, and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the corresponding model providers.

This platform is an independent product and is not affiliated with Google or ByteDance. We provide access to various AI models through our custom interface.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We use automated and third-party moderation controls to screen prompts before image or video generation. Prompts that are rejected, flagged, or cannot be screened due to a moderation service failure may be blocked.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

FrameCue AI's services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to FrameCue AI's services will cease, and any remaining credits may be forfeited. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FrameCue AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms
